Job description

Marketing & Communication (70%)

  • Organise events from A to Z. Provide and/or coordinate the services required for an event (for example: communication, catering, technical support, conference facilities, transport, planning, guest reception, coordination on location, etc.);
  • Manage and update the website and social networks;
  • Coordinate publications, such as the quarterly report, brochures, etc., and marketing materials (banners, publicity articles, etc.);
  • Manage the CRM database (Efficy);
  • Take care of the administration and marketing (events, website, brochure, etc.) for the Wealtheon Foundation (our philanthropic organisation);
  • Maintain contact with donors and with charities to which the Wealtheon Foundation contributes.

Reception & office management (30%)

  • The office manager liaises with external parties to make sure the everyday facilities at the office are taken care of (copy machine, coffee machine, cleaning service, etc.);
  • Manage and prepare meeting rooms, greet visitors;
  • Answer the telephone;
  • Purchase office supplies.

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience;
  • You have an affinity for the financial sector;
  • You are bilingual and very competent in both languages (Dutch and French); Good knowledge of English is a plus;
  • You have worked with HNWIs as clients and are familiar with the required etiquette;
  • You are a problem solver and can cope with stress. Improvising is one of your talents;
  • You can work independently but are also a good team player;
  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Good knowledge of InDesign is a plus;
  • You are of course very meticulous in your work and can multi-task.
